I had the pleasure of working with Jeff when he was on my team as part of the Strategic and User Research department at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where I served as Director. Jeff was instrumental in scaling our user research and usability testing practice, quickly becoming a trusted partner to several key business teams across the company. He excelled at distilling both qualitative and quantitative user insights into clear, actionable recommendations that guided our UX, CX, content strategy, and digital engineering teams working on enterprise-wide agile design and development initiatives. Jeff’s work contributed directly to the success and growth of key business metrics.
Jeff also played a key role in the successful adoption of Jira and Confluence within the Strategic and User Research team, where he built the structure, created documentation, and trained the team. His efforts significantly improved both the efficiency and impact of the research team.
Not only is Jeff a highly skilled UX researcher, but he’s also a fantastic colleague and a wonderful person. He is a true team player, collaborator, and is always willing to lend a helping hand, offering his expertise and advice whenever needed.
